Week 8

Hello everyone! so Week 8 is over, heading into Week 9. I've almost been here for 2 months, which is kinda scary.. :)
This week we had Captain Jesse come speak to us. He is captain of the ship that we will be getting next year and touring around Australia and PNG. He was an amazing speaker. He spoke to us about Hearing God's Voice. One thing that stuck out to me was that you can't be lazy, because if you sit around doing nothing about the last thing that God told you to do, He will eventually stop talking to you. That kinda freaked me out, because I am a little lazy sometimes, and so...mm some work to do there :).
I had a really good week. My finances are coming along well, thank you to all of you who have contributed so far, you were an answer to prayers.
I still need around $1000 AUD more, but am hoping this will come through soon. My leader has advised me that I have another 2 weeks to make that payment, so just praying that will come through.
I am still praying about the Australia PNG Ship Tour, but am very sure this is the step I will be taking next. I know that I am called to Missions, I know that this is an open door, and so I think this is what I will be doing next.
The April DTS graduated on Friday, and that was really cool to watch. I'm excited to graduate but I will be very sad to leave my friends that I've made.
I gotta scoot but will write again soon!
