Week 4

So...week 4 has finished. It seems these days I barely even start the week and then its over! :) This week at lectures we learnt about the Father Heart of God. We also learnt alot about the Trinity, which was quite cool. The Father, Son and Holy Spirit, all have different purposes but are part of the same family. We learnt how, as we mature in our prayers, we will know who to direct the prayers to, because the different members of the trinity do different things, but that they know who we are praying to even if we dont.
At the beginning of the week on Sunday, the girls were told to get dressed up nice and be on the deck at 6. We were so excited, as we didnt know what to expect. The getting ready started at 4, imagine that, 14 girls crammed into one bathroom trying to share two mirrors. It was madness!
I'm sure everyone could hear things such as " is this colour eyeshadow right for the dress?....should i wear my hair up or down??" etc etc hahaha.
We soon found out that the boys had prepared a lovely 3 course meal for us, Appetizer, Main Meal, and Dessert ( which was Ice Cream cake). They did this all to honour us as women of God. Some of the boys read out some verses from the Bible for us, and then we all sat down to eat together. It was a really fun night.
Apart from that, I completed my Book Report this week and handed that in. It was on the book "Is That Really You God?" by Loren Cunningham.
This Sunday we are going to Billabong Reserve, I am planning on getting some pictures with Koalas and Wombats :)
