Urgently Need Your Support!!

Hey everyone! I urgently need your support! I have 9 weeks of Outreach coming up spread over September-November and I need a total of $3320.00 to cover all costs ( due this Friday, I know!!! soo soooon!).
Thanks to God I have already had 3 people tell me they will give me money, but am believing that God will provide all I need by the time I need it.
I am hoping you will consider joining me in missions, partnering with me in reaching the lost through your prayers and financial support. I am so excited for what God has planned for me during my weeks of Outreach. I have never really done this before but I know that I will be stepping out of my comfort zone and doing things I've never dreamed of doing. I have never been a public speaker, but God is preparing my heart to have something ready for any opportunity I may have to speak. I also know that while in Papua New Guinea I may be asked to lead some worship songs, and share Bible stories with the kids in ways they will understand. It is all so exciting.
For my 3 week Outreach this is how it will go:
Week 1: Mission Adventures- This is where a 3 different Yo
uth groups from Australia will come here to the base. I will be on staff with my DTS, and we will be training these kids for missions, and being a support to their Leaders. We will be alongside them, teaching them about Evangelism and just doing life with them.
Week 2: Outreach to Mount Isa with Mission Adventures Team-This is where we will take the kids we have been training and go on outreach, taking the gospel to Mount Isa, which is primarily indigineous. Sharing the Gospel can be done in many ways, even just playing games with the Aboriginal Children or just having the way we live being watched. It will be a very fun week with the kids, and I am sure they will have just as much fun as we will reaching out to the Aborigines, and doing anything from painting houses, to leading church services etc.
Week 3: 5 Day Escape- The Youth Street Kids here at the Townsville base come here every Saturday for Youth Street, which is kinda like a Youth Group. Some of these kids don't have many Christian friends and people that influence them in a good way, 5DE is a great way to spend time with them, building up their faith and also having fun at the same time. We will be visiting 2 theme parks, surfing, and just having time together. I am excited for what God will do on this trip, because I know that while the kids are having fun, they will be so open to what God wants to say through us because we are taking the time to hang out with them.
So yea, that is my Minor Outreach.
For my 6 Week Major Outreach, I will be heading to Papua New Guinea with my Outreach Team. My leader Keevy has advised us of the basics of what we will be doing but because things can change very quickly in Papua New Guinea, nothing is very definite. I am going to get my Hep A, Hep B and Typhoid Shots tomorrow, so am a bit nervous about that, please pray for me that I don't faint or something :). There is a high chance of getting malaria too, so am getting pills for that, but please pray for good health and God's provision while I am in PNG. In PNG we will basically just be heading to the villages that our Ship will be going to next year. The Ship will be going there to provide medical help and advice and will be going to a few different villages. My school is going with the IPHC (Introduction to Primary Health Care) class. They will be providing basic health care and advice in the different villages we go to, and we will be partnering with them and helping them out. We will probably be visiting a few hospitals and raising awareness about the Ship Tour that will be happening next year. Did you know that 1in 7 women in PNG die of Childbirth?? That's crazy! It makes me really sad that they don't have simple skills to be able to prevent this. Part of what the IPHC will be doing is training in this area, to try and take this number down. I am very excited to be partnering with them. We are also going to be doing things like leading church services, staying up late sharing our testimonies, doing dramas/skits, and just playing games with the kids of PNG. Please pray that I will not get sick, and that God will refresh me every morning as I wake. We heard from the previous PNG Outreach Team, that you hardly get any sleep because its just GO GO GO! so please pray that when I do get to sleep, that I really do rest. For those of you who know me, you will know I am a very light sleeper, and I do not operate very well when I am tired. Please pray that I will learn to walk in the opposite spirit, no matter what I feel, pray that I will have strength to do whatever it is that God needs me to do, and pray that what I say will effect the hearts of the people in PNG! I am so excited for what God wants to do through my team and I! Please pray for us. If you are able to provide financial support, you can either send a cheque to my parents:

or just do Direct Credit into my New Zealand Bank account

If it doesn't let you do the 3 digits at the end, just drop the zero. As long as the 83 suffix is there, it will work.

Thank you so much for reading my blog! I hope that you will join me in this amazing opportunity!
